Lime Trading Corp. (“Lime”) is now a member of the Miami International Securities Exchange (“MIAX”) Pearl Equities™ Exchange.

MIAX Pearl Equities is a fully automated electronic equities trading platform that leverages MIAX’s industry-leading technology, infrastructure, and risk protections. MIAX Pearl Equities offers trading in all U.S. equity securities designated under the National Market System qualifying for Unlisted Trading Privileges.

MIAX Pearl Equities was recently added to the Lime Trader platform to leverage sophisticated technology with ultra-low latency, transparency, and high throughput to its members. MIAX Pearl Equities has maker-taker pricing and a price-time allocation model.

“Lime’s clients depend on reliable, low latency technology, so we were pleased to become direct MIAX Pearl Equities members,” says Lugene Forte, CEO of Lime.

As a member of this exchange, Lime hopes to expand competitive access to sophisticated, independent traders, filling a vacuum between the bulge bracket firms and retail.

The Lime Financial brand is comprised of Lime Trading Corp., an SEC-registered broker-dealer, Lime Advisory Corp., an SEC-registered investment adviser, and Lime Crypto LLC. Securities are offered through these regulated entities.
